Road District Annual Meeting 1st Tuesday in May. May 5, 2026
Homeowners Annual Meeting June 9th
Road District Maintenance
Our road district has completed the road maintenance cycle. Areas were replaced and crack sealing was done. Annual meeting is May 5th, 6:30 pm at the Rapid Valley Sanitary District Office.
Snow Removal Guidelines
Streets are automatically plowed when we receive 4 inches or more of snow. Other times may be requested by the road district. Please drive carefully.
Annual Board Meeting
Join us for our next board meeting on June 9th. 7:00 pm. Rapid Valley Sanitation District. 4611 Teak Dr. We will discuss options for the HOA. 2026 Dues assessment is due for this year. Dues must be paid to be eligible to vote at annual meeting.
